Project Manager, Client Implementations
You run client implementations and coordinate our team of automation engineers, so every system delivers what was promised.

You take signed clients from kickoff to go-live and you coordinate our team of automation engineers on the way. You work with our Delivery Lead, and you are the person the client’s owner talks to every week.
- Run several client implementations in parallel: scope, plan, weekly working demo, testing on the client’s real cases, handover.
- Coordinate a team of three automation engineers: who builds what, by when, and what is blocking them.
- Capture the baseline before go-live, so the result can be proven afterwards.
- Keep scope honest. Changes are written down, quoted and agreed, never quietly absorbed.
- Translate between owners who run a business and engineers who ship software.
- Three or more years running client projects in software, consulting or operations, and a team of builders alongside.
- Structured, calm and reliable. Owners trust you after the second call.
- Comfortable with AI tools and technical enough to know when something is not finished.
- High agency. You do not wait for the client to chase you.
- Fluent English. German is a strong plus, since many of our clients are German.
