Senior AI Automation Engineer
You own the platform our clients run on and you review what the team ships: the harness, the data, the limits of what runs on its own.

Our clients run their daily operations on one platform that we build and host. You would own it: the backend, the data layer, security and reliability, the harness the automations run in, and the standards our engineers work to.
- Own the core platform: backend services in Python, Postgres, hosting in the EU and the US.
- Own the harness the automations run in: tools, permissions, memory, evals, observability, and the limits of what may run unattended.
- Own security, tenant separation, backups and monitoring. Our clients trust us with their operations and their data.
- Review what the engineers ship and make it easy for them to ship safely.
- Turn what we build for one client into something the next client gets out of the box.
- Three or more years building and running production backends. You have been on call for something that mattered.
- Strong Python and Postgres. Solid on infrastructure, CI/CD and observability.
- Experience with multi-tenant systems and with data protection requirements.
- You have built and run LLM-based systems in production, and you have opinions about where they fail.
- High agency. You are comfortable being the most senior engineer in the room, and you like making other people faster.
- Fluent English. German is a strong plus.
